His character or chair? *blink* Cuz I don't remember him having trouble with a chair. Personally, I think he was trained just as Daisuke was by his family. Just they also had him train in the intelligence area. He was pushed forward so he could do his job of capturing Dark. His family is also cursed with Krad, so they had to prepare him I suppose.
And remember his father seems a jerk (adoptive father/stepfather). I'm sure Satoshi was pushed to his limits by someone somewhere. That's why he is so smart. But that would also lead to his odd personality, he didn't have time to make friends...still doesn't. Poor guy 🙁

Like the statue that has the wings of dark, one covering the circle. Just there for cool looks. (I know there is a story behind that statue. He was hiding his face behind his wing because he did not want to have the girl see him cry. That was a sad moment in the anime *sniffle*) Then again...I might be wrong.

Yeah, don't you wish we could get history on Krad and Satoshi as well? I'd like to see their side of the story expanded.
Maybe it is in the manga...I really should buy those...
