yea he really seemed to have a pretty optimistic outlook.. but i dont wanna speculate about what changed or what went wrong.. because we just dont know he seemed like a very loving father and all the guys there said he had more heart then pretty much anyone.. its tragic

in the 2nd and 3rd rounds peter got his ass kicked in the 4th he barely won but he took the 1st and the 5th

It was a good match, i was glad that Peter won and it was sad seeing miguel cry. Do you guys think Juan is a match for anyone in there?

I don't know. When they said that in the next episode, they have to stop the fight for the first time, I think it's because Juan fights Tarick or somebody and gets his ass handed to him.

He was the first one i thought of getting beat that bad.

Love this show. Best reality show on tv IMO.

Glad Manfredo won the last one. He needed a win from the first upset.

Wish they woulda said more about what happened with Najai, messed up I had to hear he killed himself on Howard Stern.

that guy got tore up tonight i felt bad.. but i think id of felt just as bad if it happened to the other guy. Isnt that a TKO and not a KO though?

The yellow guy needed beat down tonight for being an ass and picking the unprepared fighter. Though even if that guy was 100% ready, he couldn't beat the yellow guy.

yea but its still a contest and the rules are whoever steps to the line gets to pick.. so everyone on the other team should be prepared.. plus its not like the fight was right after it, it wasnt until the following night

great programme...i think we are a couple of weeks behind here in the UK...we just had the Manfredo vs miguel fight

sad to hear about najai turpin...apparently he commited suicide in his car on valentines day with his daughter sitting beside him

I think Juan got lucky last week, he got a loooong way to go and i dont think hell win agains none of the guys that have won so far.

Why najai turpin kill himself and his kid.

He didnt kill his daughter, he just killed himself, problems with his wife i guess.

the news report about the incident said that the programmes broadcast was delayed due to a bidding war between NBC and FOX...fox lost and so hastily put together a rip off version of the show that flopped in the ratings (the next great champ)

NBC then decided to delay its broadcast by another month so there was no conflict between the shows

meanwhile none of the fighters who have lost are allowed to fight until after the live final in May

the fighters were being paid $1500 a week during this time which was the most money Naj had ever earned...he knew this was coming to an end the soon

yea it looked like ahmed to me too.. but ishe handled him fairly easily i dont think he will give anyone trouble
