Hmm... I'd honestly have to give this one to kasumi and ayane.. they're really really fast.. nina and anna would have to grab them to do any real damage

Kazuma and Ayane might be fast but Nina and Anna are more accurate, I don't think they they are stronger, however they can grab them until they could sink their heels in Kazuma and Ayane died bodies.
