I might be wrong but I seriously think that Chewbacca is in Episode three. But during Episode three Han Solo should only be about 12. That is besides the point the real question is how long can a Wookie live.

Chewie is about 220 in ANH, because the Ep. III: VD says he's 200 in RotS. 😉
