Dr. Strange. Gandalf is more of a wandering sage for the most part. He doesn't use those same sorts of flashy, interdimensional powers like Dr. Strange. The only thing in Gandalf the Grey's favor is that each time Dr. Strange beats him he can come back in brighter and brighter white.
