u Read that the ugly face palpy has is deformed by lightning? that idea is just so stupid, if it is deformed by sith lightning why is he not normal in ROTJ at the beginning?

it's not just the lightning, it's the darkside itself, it begins to drain his physical form and ruin his body
he's not normal looking in rotj because he has no reason to hide his appearance anymore

That is just what the VD says what will happen. It says that his face will deform because of deflection of lightning.

It wasn't actually the jedi who caused his appearance to change it was the deflection of the force lighting from mace. After mace is defeated Palps says that he will miss the face of Palpatine but the face of Sideous will serve his purpose. He uses his scarred face to gain sympathy from the senate.

I don´t think so! Vader wanted what every Sith wants: Get rid of the master and rule himself with his own apprentice. In this case his own son. He says it himself at the end of ROTS to Padme. He plans at this time to pull the Emperor his "Empire-thing" and then get rid of him to rule the galaxy himself with his wife. He doesn´t consider Palpatine as a threat at this time. And probably he was right. Spend half his life with the Jedi Order and the council was never able to control him. Palps set his greed for power free, destroyed Anakin´s personel moralic boarders that kept him with the Jedi. Now that he is "unleashed" why would he set himself boarders again in form of a new master when he is convinced to be able to have ANYTHING? Think about it! Personal mails or an own thread with this topic are most welcome! 😄
