I'm so pissed right now
I rented two movies at Blockbuster today. I just now at 1:21 opened one of them and it HAD NO DVD IN IT. They're supposed to check to see if they're empty when you rent them, and he didn't check, and now I have an empty movie. They won't believe me when I tell them tomorrow that it was this way, because they always check to see if it's empty, but they didn't this time. WTF am I supposed to do?

I didn't watch them do it, I was talking to my friend, and it's THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE IT IS IN THERE. YOU ARE NOT HELPING.

its just a movie, at most you'll end up owing about $20 for it. its not like you'll pull time in the slammer or anything.
