Chapter 23 is a torrent file. I hesitate to say where it is at the moment because it is experiencing trouble. 80 people are trying to download it and no one is seeding it. I think it may be a dummy. When I actually start getting info downloaded I'll post the link. If you really want to know where it is think just a little bit about where I tend to get most of my stuff I share here at the KMC.
