Does it really matter? Sidious would eventually tear them all apart.

Well, Dooku alone isn`t that much weaker than Sidious.....

No, I think he is actually much weaker. I'm not saying Dooku is weak, he was a Jedi Master but he's not really into the whole sith magic thing

Well, all of the trio is better than the four who squared off against Sidious in movie with the exception of Mace, who could one-on-one beat anyone listed. So...

My vote goes for the trio. Why? Dooku has a solid defense and attack with his Form II mastery; Obi-Wan at this time has a solid defense in his Form III mastery; and Qui-Gon would find some way to compliment Obi-Wan and his old master to make this a victory, though a hard one, for the trio.
