AHHHHHH i need help

Hey, i have been watching ALOT of AMVs, a AMV is a animated music video. and i would want 2 know how to make 1, i have windows movie maker, and i can only use video clips posted, so if u have any DBZ clips, please post them. anyways if u know how to get a better program, please tell me how and wht to do. thank you 😄
