Black Bolt Team VS. DC Team

Can the Atilan powerhouse along with marvel's most powerful heroes/villains defeat their DC rivals? No prep, just an all out brawl:

Black Bolt Team:

Black Bolt
Beta Ray Bill
Thor(normal)
Genis Vell
Silver Surfer
Destroyer(Controlled by Odin)
Morg(with waters of life)

VS.

DC Team:

Eradicator
Shazam
Orion
Green Lantern(Kyle)
Green Lantern(John)
Doomsday
Superman(Post Crisis)

Ok, let's hit the polls. They battle on a distant planet, a lot of rocks/mountains.

I think this will be a close one with marvel coming out on top.

Destroyer wipes them all out. BB speaks and most of the DC team are out except DD who might get up, but not before he gets knocked down.

marvel have more power house than DC in this.

morg will kill DD
silver surfer will take orion
thor will take superman
BB can break both of the GL's
Beta Ray Bill can give Shazam a run for his money

other i don't care lol
