Book Six : Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince [merged]

something i keep wondering about. he does really want to be an auror, and that's what i'ld like him to be, too 🙂, but he clearly isn't looking forward to becoming a murderer and that's something that he might have to do as an auror, too. i mean, they said moody always tried to bring the bad guys in alive when he could, but it doesn't always work out. is harry still gonna wanna be an auror after all this death and these battles? but he's already lost sirius thanks to death eaters so he'ld want nothing more than to hunt them down.
wonder how much work there would be left for aurors after voldemort's defeated.

yea i no wat you mean. but i think in the 6th book harry's going to be so mad at voldermort and the death eaters about siruis that he will want revenge, i don't blame him. he didn't reali have time in the 5th book at the end to get angry. though something i did notice, he didn't grieve that much, like he didn't cry much. but then i guess he's a strong character and that they don't want to bring him off as a wose or something like that. but yea jst something i noticed ay. im readin it again trying to pick up stuff like that.

but if harry does become an auror i think he might be like moody except for some of the ppl he saw in GOF in the grave yard and some of the ppl in OOTF which were at the MOM he will want revenge and get reali angry at them. He might bring them in alive or anger will take control and he'll kill them. wat im preti sure of is that there will be a face of between V and Harry in the final book and jst wnt to no how JK ends it all !!!!

Just going back to what you said before about Ron becoming Quidditch Captain. If he does, then what he saw in the mirror of erised has more or less come true!

He saw that he was Quidditch captain, holding the cup, he was head boy ( he is already a prefect ).

nothing will ever take iccle ronald's place in our hearts. harry will have to become captain it jst works like that. bt then i was a little surprised when ron got prefect...........i was like are they making 2 head boys???

I have to admit, i was really miffed that Harry wasn't made prefect, i mean we all expected it!

Predictable?? Hes not predictable! Hes Harry Potter. So youd expect him to be made prefect as he's not exactly incapable is he? Ron on the other hand is!

Well everybody in some way is predictable ladygrim. . . we all tend to make the same mistakes over and over and the same right choices as well

Harry isn't predictable!!! JK Rolwling made Ron a prefect for a reason, think about it people...............Ron and Herionie both became G prefects...........oviously that's gona lead up to something!!! hint hint.
I think Harry will become Head boy bt JK is full of surprises but who knows. Im sure she's think about if she is going to make him head boy or captain of the Q team. im pretti sure she won't make him both, she'll make something happen like Ron is the C but V kills him and so Harry takes over C and goes after V for revenge.

If harry becomes Head Boy, I think she'd do it differently. Maybe the Headboy get injured or something and Dumbledore gives Harry the job. Something like that.

yea, i think she will make everyone annoyed at the decision she makes but then she'll change it for some circumstances

i LOVED that article!! thanks for posting it. it also answered my question if all 3 chasers would be out of school. i knew angelina would be but wasn't sure about the other 2. i don't go to mugglenet much simply cause it is sooo big. don't have time during the day to be online so i would be on all night reading....lol. but the site has really great stuff.
anyway, i have no idea if harry's gonna be HB. i know it's very good to have that on your resume. wonder if ron might work for the ministry (where being a HB would really help him, harry doesn't need help like ron). and i wanna know what happens with percy in book 6. off the subject, i know, and surely been discussed plenty before, but i'm sorry, i'm not going back to read 2000+ posts 🙂

Thanks Lianslo! That article was GREAT! Some of those questions I have been dying to get answered! And now I know. I didn't know that stuff about Harry and Ron passing the NEWTS test since they want to be Aurors. Honestly, it completly slipped my mind. We do need to see some follow up on thier OWL scores, I defanitly want to know.
