do you really think its gunna be around the same length as 5? I sure hope so...but JK has said that HBP is to be shorter. Although...she also said that book 4 would be the longest, and we all know that ain't true! 😛 But I think I could live w/ a June release. And if we get the date in January (which seems vary likely) at least that little bit of info can get us through till june...something to anticipate at least. 🙂
i got a better topic...i guess malfoy is gonna turn good...i guess there was one chapter title related to malfoy...and i guess dat would happen...and if i am not mistaken i read it somewhere dat one character in the book will change houses and it seems to me like dat malfoy would shift his house...and i also wish that DA classes will go on but this time the trainer wont be harry but dumbeldore...it would be cool...learnin all those ancient spell...and the speel dumbeldore did in the ministry to make dose statues move...i onli wish this happens....

and the dumbledore thing would be so cool! i think the whole DA class might be at harry's level (well, almost...) but that way harry can learn new things as well! i also hope they'll give lupin a job as a teachers, i think it;'s so mean he doesn't get accepted because he's a werewolf! and who'll teach devination...trelawney or firenze..

i wonder if they are still gonna have DA - they don't have umbridge anymore. now it is very important that they have a good dada teacher. it'ld be great if dumbledore gave them some lessons as he is the best wizard, but he's probably too busy. he's definitely gota get harry prepared tho. i'm just rambling.
i've always that one excerpt was about the new dada teacher, but i wonder where they found him? seeing as they've had huge problems finding decent teachers in the past. i bet snape would make a good dada teacher but there's gota be a reason why he never got the job.
I don't know about Malfoy changing. I mean it would be really cool, don't get me wrong. I just think that Malfoy is kind of a reminder (not that he doesn't have enough) of what Voldermorts Deatheaters would and could do if he gets back into power

I agree about Draco, It might be cool, but I dont think it'll happen. He's too.....I dont know, I just dont see it happening, it would be too much of a turn around. But I can see someone going bad. I have this idea that Ron could turn bad, because of his money issues, like he could be very easily manipulated by money by V. In GOF he hated Harry because he was jelous, and is always mentioning how nice it would be to have money. On the other hand he seams to be pretty loyal most of the time, so I dont know, what do you guys think?
well, if he does go bad i don't think he'll stay that way till the end of the series. just make things a lot more complicated. but i think i agree with you, ladygrim. i can't make up my mind but what you said makes sense. dunno if harry and hermy could forgive him for turning on them because he has less money
Yeah, I'm not quite sure about Ron, but theres something there I think, I think it's possible. If it does happen I hope that it wouldnt be perminent, but as you guys said, he might not be forgiven by harry and hermione. If he turned bad at all I think it would be motivated by money. Or possibly some kind of fame or attention, which he seams to be deprived of and wanting after living in Harrys shadow.

Reasoning for this: Read the Quidditch World Cup sections in GOF and the aftermath of Harry's Trial in OotP. In spite of what his children think of his position within the ministry, Arthtur Weasly is well liked and respected. He has no desire for "power" but he will serve, especially if Dumbledore recommends him which is why I believe that Arthur Weasly will be the new Minister of Magic.
The Half Blood Prince refers to, not Harry or Neville but Seamus Finnegan. I'm using the movie to support this but it's also mentioned in the book. "Me Dad's a muggle, me Mam's a witch." Seamus iis truly a "half blood" wizard
Harry is a partner in the Weasly Twin's joke shop.
Although Harry just gave the Weasly twins his tri-wizard winnings with no strings attached(save Ron's new dress robes)I believe that they made Harry a full partner.
One of the Weaslys will die in book 6
It won't be Ron or Ginny or even Percy but one of the other four older brothers(sorry can't remember their names at the moment).
Ron will betray Harry either in book 6 or more than likely book 7.
I think this will more than likely be a result of Ron deep seated resentment of Harry, his wealth, his fame ect. And the one big moment in Ron's life winning the Quidditch cup, Harry had more important things to do.
I'm probably wrong on all of these, but hey that's what predictions are for 😆 😆
What's up guys, I haven't been here in forever!!!! Anyway, getting down to business...I know JKR said that Arthur Weasley won't be the NEXT MOM, but she never said that he wouldn't BE the MOM...see where I'm going w/ this? Maybe there is a temporary MOM, maybe it will even be Lucius Malfoy, he seems to have a lot of power over the Ministry, although it is lessening as the story continues. I know it's a stretch, but look at the evidence: 1. JKR always gives tricky clues in which you have to pay CLOSE attention to the wording. 2. When Ron jokes around, what he says usually comes true 3. He's just gotta be the MOM!!! He's such an important character, so good and brave...Even if it happens at the very end of book 7 I will be a happy camper. What do you guys think?
