A long lost relative could be a heir if the person has no other close relatives.

Well, to inherit money and stuff, you just have to be named in a leagl will. However, I think that, in the sense JKR is using the word, 'Heir' is meant to mean 'last blood descendant'

i feel that Dumbeldore will die in book 6.

Sirius is dead. Sirius was Harry's godfather and family. When he died i felt sorry for Harry. His mother, father and now his Godfather. He can't talk to his aunt,uncle and cousin becuase they wont listen and they dont understand what hes going through. I feel that if Dumbeldore dies in book 6 we will feel very very sorry for Harry. He will probely feel that his life is ruined. Harry will be extremely angry. Remember when Harry tries to use the Cruiso(sorry for spelling) on Belextra and she says that youve got to mean it youve got to be angry etc. I feel that Harry will use some kind of Unforgivable curse on Voldermort.
