Snape is still good. Too much points to that.

And yeah, I think the other "true" D.A. members will join up. They would never let Harry face what's coming all alone. I think that Neville has a huge part to play yet. I mean, he could have been where Harry is...I don't think JKR is going to let that fact fade away.

I really love that the D.A. members that stayed true to Harry were battling yet again against the Death Eaters. Those guys rock! I don't think they'll be left out of the next book.

If snape were good then why would he kill the leader of the good side? I don't see how he could be good.

... Naive children... did I spell naive right?

lol...I'm not sure. I'm not as good of a speller as I used to be.

And I'm not in the mood to explain again why Snape is good. Just browse around and you'll see my reasons here or there.

i was just surfing....and i think dat snape is actually good but it would be a hard task for him to convince harry that he is good....And maybe malfoy may help harry (im not quite sure about this one)....

I was wondering....When u kill someone, then ur sould will split....And if so what would happen when someone sacrifices there life for another person??? Will the soul combine??? Is this the power that Dumbeldore was trying to convey to Harry (love)??? And its seemd that another person had a horcuxe. So can this person be Dumbeldore??? So if it is, does it mean he is still alive???

please i think this prove snape is not on the good side he wouldnt of killed dumbledore if he were and even if it meant his own life been forfieted if he didnt i think he would of chose it over dumbledores but no he decided to cremate the headmaster one of the powerful wizards in the wizarding world ....makes life easier for voldie if you ask me

Dumbledore is dead. He didn't take the Horcurx. R.A.B. did.

no....my point is cant DD make a horcrux for himself???

The reasons why snape is good is because:

Remeber the conversation between harry and hagrid in where hagrid mentions an argument between dumbeldore and snape. DD tells snape "something" and Snape rejects to do it.

The fact that Snape, an accomplished Occlumens, was displaying such emotion when he faced Dumbledore, does fit with them communicating during those final moments. And his outburst to Harry was the one time we've seen him lose control of his emotions, even momentarily. He's survived precisely because he is so skilled at surpressing, controlling and even falsifying his real feelings. For him to lose control, he had to be supremely upset, and killing Dumbledore is what had truly upset him.

The cave scene

Ok, I forgot the chapter title but I'm just wondering, wouldn't it have been preferable for DD to do was threw the goblet's contents on the ground instead of drinking the foul liquid? That way, he wouldn't be left in a weakened state when faced with Snape and co. Did DD explain why drinking the liquid was the choice?

I was thinking the same thing. Oh, and i'm starting to think DD might have, if he has ever killed someone by accident, made a horcrux and it could the Godric's sword.

thats a good idea... but i dont know if DUmbledore would do that though, even if he did accidently kill somebody... and i was thinking that myself, why didnt he just throw it down on the ground? I bet thats a question in the next fact poll for JkRowling.com

god i haven't been to the forums in a while. i see some things have not changed (Lady Grim still has rocking sigs and avis that make her museness happy).

i personally loved book 6, i think that snape can't make up his mind. and i also share the same question as orient_celts, why couldn't they have thrown the liquid on the floor, or back in the water, because did harry and dumbledore really think that they would be able to get across the lake and back without disturbing the inferi?!

I saw this one Theory, and it really makes sense.

Dumbledore said that only a person with a full soul could kill Voldemort. ANd if Dumbledore had a full soul, he would have killed Voldemort before Harry was even born. So maybe he did kill somebody, splitting his sould. Maybe he has a horcrux in Fawkes. Which is a great choice becuase Fawkes can never die. And this would explain the gleam of triumph that he had when Harry told him about the potion/enchantment that Voldemort used to get his body back. And JK said that the gleam of triumph is still VERY important in the mugglenet interview i posted.

What do you guys think?

Oh and another thing... i was looking for the gleam of triumph in the GOF, and i didnt remeber what page it was on, so i looked at a lot of pages. ANd i saw this.

And then I ask myself, but how could they believe I would not rise again? They, who knew the steps I took, long ago, to gaurd myself against mortal death? They who had seen proofs of the immensity of my power in the times when i was mightier than any wizard living?

on page 648. Could Voldemort be talking about Horcruxes? If he is, then that means all his death eaters know about the Horcruxes. And Dumbledore did say that he is wrong sometimes, so maybe he was wrong about Voldemort think he was the only one who knew about the Horcruxes?
