Earlier today, someone got behind the door at JKRowling.com without hacking, and was greeted by a surprise. As we can see from the date, this information isn't supposed to be released until the first of July. It took the person to a book, on the left page was the dark mark, and on the right page was written the following:
1st July 2004
Erm… it is perhaps time for me to reveal
the title of Book 6! I am nearing completion of the
first draft and have definitely decided upon a
title. I had numerous possibilities in mind, but
as I wrote, I realized that only one did the book
justice.
The more clever Potter fans may recognize that
the title relates directly to both 'Order of the
Phoenix' and 'Chamber of Secrets.' I will be
highly amused if one of you can guess exactly
what's going on!
On a side note, the length of the book is
growing so fast, I could swear Filius has put an
Engorgement Charm on it; an editor's nightmare!
I promised myself not to exceed the length of
'Order of the Phoenix,' but every day that passes
makes that undertaking more difficult.
Incidentally, I have much more work ahead.
Alas, the time has come! Here is the reward for
you lot that so diligently figured out all the puzzles
on the site. If you scroll down to the bottom of
this page, I will reveal to you the title of Book 6!

The writing closely mirrors JKR's style and the video is pretty convincing but, of course, we can't offer any sort of confirmation yet. Stay tuned.
For reference:
- Storgé is pronounced Stor-gee.
- We had the book 5 title more than a year before its release.
- Storgé is Greek for 'parental love'.
ANY THOUGHTS? WHAT COULD IT MEAN? WHAT/S GONNA HAPPEN? ANY THEORIES?

'Harry Potter and the Pillar of Storgé' sounds pretty cool.
We'll just have to wait until the 1st july to see if it's real!

I wonder what kind of parental love are they talking about?? We've already learned that Lily's love for Harry is what kept Vodermorth from touching him. Maybe another big secret about how his parents are still protecting him, even though they're dead, will be revealed.

In fact I'd be willing to go out on a limb and state that it will turn out that the Weaslys are related to Lily although distantly, I base this on the "clue" mentioned in OotP the fact that Lily Evans Potter had "flaming red hair". Rowling seems to take great care in constructing her characters and I don't think she'd use that term lightly. She peppers her books with subtle hints about the characters.
I'd be willing to bet that Dumbledore is Harry's great-grandfather or something, why else should he take such an interest in Harry?
There's a deeper relationship hinted at in OotP when Dumbledore is talking to Harry in his office after Sirius has died.
once again, i dont kno if this has been awnswered, ad i'm still not all the way thru the thread. ne way... ok every1. go to jk's website. its just jkrowling.com she answers several of the rumors you've been discussing. the dumbledore one she answered like this if Harry was related to Dumbledore, why would he have sent harry to live with the Dursley's?? she didn't answer the Weasley one, but i would think that the same answer would apply.
Very interesting. Lily did have red hair and the relationship between her and the Weasly's might be true. I mean, I don't think JK would give her that character description for no reason.
ANd the powers that Harry posess puzzels me too. I mean, obviously he has powers that even HE doesn't realize that he has, but I wonder how is he going to find out how to use them??
Dumbeldore. I've always wondered about him. He might not be related to Harry, but maybe he's Lily or James' godparent or something?? A close friend of their family.

Lily's love for Harry is no longer protecting Harry for Voldemort used Harry's blood in reforming his body.
The power now protecting Harry from Voldemort is the same power which is locked in a room in the department of mysteries according to Dumbledore. That power fills Harry with emotions and makes him a good guy as well.
Ok ppl. I have just been on JK's website, and the title is NOT Harry Potter and the Pillar of Storge. Dont know what it is, but she was offended that ppl thought that could be it. The mirror Sirius gave him will have a bigger part to play in the 6th and 7th books. Has ne1 been wondering why Harry couldn't see the Thestrals earlier?? She answered this, too. Harry didn't see his parents die, he was in his crib. He passed out b4 Quirrel died, and he was too depressed after Cedric died to notice anythig. She also said that part of why she didn't have Harry see the thestrals after Cedric was cuz she knew we'd have a long wait for the next one and didn't want to leave us with a new mystery like that.
