I killed a badger today.

I ran over it at 7am this morning on my way to work. I had no chance of avoiding it. Thankfully it appeared to have died instantly.

Yep, but when it runs out of the undergrowth 5 yards in front of you when your doing 40mph, brakes aren't really an option.

Wow, I've never seen them in the wild.. I ran over a ground hog last year. I said..don't move, I'll staddle you between the wheels, but I guess he didn't hear me...

I should of expected this type of thing. Braking isn't ALWAYS an option, so you just have to hope you don't kill it, cuz then you'll get blood on your wheels, and pulled over. 😛

well, i'm glad it died instantly coz i hate it when animals suffer

The worst part was having to move it off the road after I nailed it. I didn't want more cars coming and totally mangling it.
