Yes they're extreme, c'mon jumping from an airplane, rafting, climbing, surfing... many more...
what i love on them is the "adrenaline rush" produced by the thrill and excitement of being "on the edge"
there's no chance for mistakes, if you make some you can die.
You just take the risk!

I ve been shy all my life...now I finally came out of it...but anyways
Maybe you could ask her if she wants to maybe run together one day....I hope it helps....remeber to be yourself.....talk to her slowly...try to get her out of her shell....tell her that the weather is nice out today..you know...slow!!
