Sucked up into a huge sausge!..................................grinder
A factory worker has been killed after being sucked into an industrial sausage grinder.
Two of the man's colleagues watched as their workmate was minced in the giant machine.
It is thought the 40-year-old Norwegian man was sucked into the meat machine but it is possible he toppled from his work station above it.
The victim, whose name has yet to be released, died instantly.
Police in Oslo, where the accident happened said: "We don't know what caused the accident, but it's possible that a vacuum built up in the grinder."
Authorities have launched a formal investigation. It is expected to concentrate in particular on the grinder's safety mechanism.
