Mr. Majestic, Dr. Fayt, and Rachel Summers VS. Superman Prime

Can this trio take on the most powerful Superman? Unlimited Strength, powerful magic, and incalculable psionic/telepathic/telekinetic ability... VS. Superman Prime. Prime doesn't have his sword or the GL ring, since that would put it to much in his favor. Can they pull it off?

They can. But only about 3 or 4 out of 10.
