no.. that's a serious misconception about hulk.. trust me I used to have this same misconception until I had a couple debates with cosmic cube.. when ever you mention hulk you're talking about one of literally hundreds of different varients.. all hulks start at class 100 but jumps in strength in relation to anger can be exponential within compressed timeframes.. hulk's stopped a full speed train straight out of transformation, the weight of the train and the speed it was going put it well over 100 tons in stopping power hulk stopped it with ease.. grey hulk's also another good example of this... so no it's not true.. especially considering that hulk has been plenty pissed off in his fights with hulk and he still fails to KO logan with one hit.

Here's another misconception about hulk and when compared to other people such as Superman, Wonder Woman, Thor, etc while yes eventually he can surpass them in strength he doesn't start out in their league. Wonder Woman is always that strong so if she hits Wolverine with all the strength she has combined with her speed she'd pop him like a zit.
