Captain Mar-Vell VS. Superman(Post Crisis)

Can marvel's original Captain Marvel conquer the man of steel? He's gone toe to toe with cosmic powerhouses like Drax The Destroyer, Silver Surfer, and has defeated Thanos in combat. Superman has the strength advantage, Captain has the power cosmic on his side, both can fly at speeds faster than light, so who takes this?

"both can fly at speeds faster than light" not true superman can't

Oh, battle takes place in space, no prep time, and they nothing about each other's powers/weaknesses.

are you talking about Genis?

No, his daddy. Mar-Vell. His daddy is way more experienced than Genis.
