Uninstalling Fedora-- Boot Question. Really simple answer needed.

Alright, I have Fedora on my second HD, but I never use it, and I really need those 80 gigs. I have an OS selector when I boot. If I erase this second HD, will I have any problem opening Windows? Or will it just start up normally?

You should be fine, but I would first use the recovery console to overwrite the MBR.
