Green Goblin....Doc Ock's weakness is projectiles and GG has a vast assortment of them. Most of which....are explosive.

Disable the glider....and Doc Ock wins in a hand to hand fight.

Ock wouldn't have nothing on GG. He'd just stay in the air and keep throwing pumpkins bombs and shit.

It would be hard to get close to Doc Oct but Goblin knows how to keeps his distance. Gobbie can just keep firing away at Don. He cat dodge every consistent bullet, torpedo and bomb can he? No. Oct is to slow. Hands down: The Goblin would win effortlessly.
