Negative, the scissors plugged the wound. Wait till the janks it out dough *Squirt!*. And bleeding generally takes some time to get going. Got shot with a air-rifle, struck with a dart, cut, pierced by a big crow's beak, ripped open by barb-wire and lot's more nasty stuff and in all occasions it took like half a minute for the bleeding to really start.
