I like the part when the guy shoots the other guy's legs of with that mini shotgun..So kool.

could have been better

but johnny depp...droolio as always.

A BIG let down to the Mariachi Trilogy IMO

Yes it is foreign..It was made in Mexico and has spanish dialouge..

That doesn't make it a foreign movie. It's an English language film, shot by a predominately U.S. director, with a predominately U.S. cast, under a U.S. Studio.
