i'm totally for limiting the number of threads you can post to be in relation to the number of posts you have made

i'm not sure about making it 100 posts = 1 thread though..... maybe 50 or 60 (posts, not threads 😄 )

Heckuva idea. I like it. The only problem might be if (stupid) people wanted to start a bunch of threads, they would post a bunch of meaningless stuff just to get their post-count up so they could start threads. In that scenario, we would just switch from spam-threads to spam-posts. Neither is great, but I still think 1 thread per 50-60 posts (like Scoob said) would be a step in a good direction.

who would implement any of these ideas? is there a specific person we should be contacting? or just getting these ideas to the mods to be passed on by them?

I always really respected Stephen King. Maybe he could help.

A little work? When I joined there was like forty pages. The forum is becoming unnavigatable.

I have told him to use the search feature. I have told him that he sucks and should stop on one of his threads. But if you'll remember, you're not suppose to use threads to thrash members, strictly speaking you're suppose to only post on topic.

Well maybe talking to him softly would be more effective? (pah!! says Mr. Sarcastic!!! lol) I mean, I know that if you yelled at me for spamming, I'd just get pissed and ignore you. Feel? But if you got to know him a bit, then just said like 'man, you know, you really don't need to make all those threads. They spam up the site and makes it hard to navigate.' See what I'm saying?
