Now, the sub-mod thing and the restriction on opening threads have been considered even before the creation of this forum.
We haven't get to a final decision yet, mainly because Raz is away. Most mods think it would be really helpful if we got some 'privileged' members to do 'our job', but some others don't like the idea at all 😬
There was a restriction for new members on sending pm's, but didn't work out... guess it'll happen the same to the opening thread restriction.
Pretty much all your ideas are 'in production... as we speak'
