to me, an elitist group would work, but it'd still be elitist, and no one except the people in the group will like it.

just have paola adopt a sub mod who deals only in this forum, all he does is correct new people and stop arguments.
he shouldn't have power to ban but he should have power to close threads.
i'd prefer it to be a girl, theyre just better at being nicer than guys.
