Storm because she can short out everyone else with torrential rain. Storm is not electricity based.

well they all do controlparts of electricity but imo storm takes this cause she has other powers at her disposal

ya static would loose easy to stom beacause she can make rain and take his powers away and do the same to electro and if that dont work just make tornado kill him

well elektro just got a big upgrade and became really powerful but i still think storm wins though
