Both sides have a week of prep. Battle starts in the deserts of Arizona. All of earth is the battlefield.

Prep time would help the good guys, and they might be able to cook something up...

But I have to believe that Dormammu would cook something of his own as a defensive strategy...I also don't know what exactly the good guys would "cook up" And Tyrant (at birth no less) is too much of a power.

Dormammu will guard against any possible mystical/magical/telepathic/etc. trickery and Tyrant will just beat them down. Without Dor. or wit current Tyrant instead of original they might have a shot...but as it is, I don't see it happening.

And Earth is screwed.

ohh man Tyrant at birth is equal to galactus.

remember that he can destroy galaxies.

Everyone will be killed in few second.

and Dormammu man now no way they gonna do shit.

two uber powerful vs GL corp(who D beated up)
plus bunch of JLA lol who are at thor's and lower level gonna battle tyrant a birth?

even the might of the entire skyfather will not bring him down.

and it's already been deabted tha ODin alone can almost if not beat JLA

No match

Tyrant and Dormammu takes it

Ok, not Tyrant at birth, but current Tyrant. Tyrant now, and Dormammu.

Tyrant uses his tech to help bring Dormammu's amry of Mindless Ones to Arizona.

- Tyrant & Dormammu are atleast skyfather level
- Army of Droids & Mindless Ones
- Tyrant's power Orbs & Dormammu's mystical spells
- Dormammu calls out his other sorcerrors and demons to assist them

Dormammu and Tyrant win.
