yes, on a massive and precise scale...

and storm has expierence manipulating them. she was once gonna do it to give shinobi shaw a heart attack. it has been hinted that she is capable of them. she did it in x-treme x-men. idk i might be wrong but imo it makes sence

and emp is one of the most precise and powerful things any mutant could perform, i have never seen storm come close until they just gave it to her...

she did it in extreme x-men and she was straining to do it, well a little. then didn't she do it again??so obviusly she is working at it. but after all she is an omega class mutant

so is elixir, doesnt mean crap...

having the power to do emps would need her to have magnetic power on par with magneto's, she doesn't...

but isn't half of an emp electricity or deals with electricity?? if so and i have read it a few places then t makes sence. she has great control over electrocity. she can affect em fields to disrupt sentinals. she has great control over electricity, and em fields. she can even use lightning to m block out telepaths. idk it makes sence to me
