well, this will be shitstomp no matter how you look at it. the only thing that might help herc stand a chance is the Namean Cestus but even then, Roah can shatter boulders, crush metal, has ki based attacks and his speed, has vast knowledge of the human body, he can even use his aura for attacks, he can peirce flesh, he's immune to fire, power and physical endurance are...practically unbelievable even in an anime where people walk through falling buildings 😐
