Any way I think Jeepers cReepers is pretty sick both of them.
Like in the first one when the cops heads come of and the creeper thing is ripping his tounge out and eating it. Gross. And in the second one where the kids head is ripped of and his body is walking around. And when the creepers eye gets stuck on the end of a stick thats stuck through his head. They are deffinatly gross

The "American Pie" trilogy--you probably already know what I mean

"Freaks" It's an old black and white film but it uses actual real life "Freaks" and it really disturbs me. It's regarded as a masterpiece.

Though if you want to go for REALLY sick then any of those cannibal movies will do. Cannibal Apocalypse is particularly nasty.

Freddy Got Finger.... Very disturbing 😑 ....but i only watched the first 20 minutes. i had to turn it off.... it's a gross/dumb movie

My vote would be for the movie Gummo, which also features Chloe Sevigny in it.

Cabin Fever was by far the grossest movie i can remember...i'll never look at a female the same way again. Se7en was also kinda gross too.

omg, texas chainsaw massecre... when the girl sticks the gun in her mouth and pulls the trigger, and you, ugh, see the hole in the back of her head and the hole in the back window and the blood and guts and brains.... UGGGH! that was so nasty... SO DAMN NASTY! im not even kidding you... i almost walked out of the theater, and that was the FIRST part of the movie!!!!

28 days is very dusturbing. VEry realistic and violent.
VAn Wilder unrated version made me gag so many times.
Cabin fever is entertaining but toward the endit's mostly silly stuff.
