It doesn't matter whether Blade and Hannibal King have weapons or not. Orion would still destroy them. He is a New God, able to go toe to toe with DarkSeid (and anyways he is DarkSeid's son, even though he fights against his sire).
Orion is so far beyond the two Vampire Hunters that there is literally nothing they could do to even scratch him.
