"Be careful." Khoroth's voice rang out, "You will not be seriously harmed by the appiritions, unless you suffer brute force trauma from the environment. However, it will simulate pain."
"Greetings Aureck." The synthetic voice rang out into his mind. "The training session was created by Lieutenant Korso, per his command and restriction. You may alter it to your pleasure after this session is complete. It's purpose is defined."
Jisko's strike had knocked the droid off balance, and he stabbed it in the chest as it fell. The droid blocked, but Jisko now spun around and twirled his lightsabre, making the droid's strike hit his lightsabre far from his body, and he lifted the now exposed droid and pulled it in front of him, where he decapitated it.
Darc finally opens his eyes. He had kept his eyes closed for the entirety of the battle, listening. Planning. He engages his blade and turns to a droid. He uses what little ability of the force push he had to push him back about 9 feet. As the droid attempted to stand he simply threw his saber at him. His blade, spinning wildy around, sliced the droid in half and came directly back to Darc. He bagan to walk. He calmly stapped a droi through the head, ending it's little experience, as he was walking to the pond. He lept on the stepping stones until he reached the center one. If he was going to train, he wouldn't just kill droids. He does that for fun. It was time to train. He allowed droids to fill up the rocks around him before he engaged. Slicing one directly down the middle, he turn and kicked the other one of it's rock. He then let one of the droids jump to the rock closest to him before the cut his metal head clean off. But this just wouldn't do. He finally decided what he wanted. he knocked the droids of as the came, down into the water. Although these droids did not die from water, they could not swim either. 'Must not be in their programming' Darc thought. When he got all but one in the pond, he grabbed the last one, shoving a thermal detonator inside it's torso and dropping it. He lept away from the pond and walked away, an explosion rocketing parts all around behind him. He looked up at the sky."I think I have proved enough, Khoroth." He said, looking serious. He walked out of the training room to get a drink. He walks up to a wall panel and pushes his hand to it. "What would you like, Padawan Darc?" said the same automated voice fromt he training room. "Anything intoxicating." replied Darc. A tray slid out with different drinks, and he piucks up a lime green one. He sits in his seat and begins to drink it, relaxing...
Khoroth had watched the episode from his hidden vantage point. His eyes followed Darc's retreating back. "I never asked you to prove anything to me." He said, "And you would not know what it was I wanted from you. Sufficed to say, yes I proved plenty. Enough to fail miserably." His voice echoed into the same room in which Darc resided. The kid was reckless, head strong, and careless. He didn't work as a team, and it was obvious his objective was to cut down as many as quickly as possible, which was exactly what they did not want on their mission.
Further below, on the landscape, two men clothed in dark red robes faded into view. Sith warriors. Much more proficient than droids with a lightsaber, and they wielded the force as well.
Aureck decided to go and speak to this new student Darc. There was something strange about him. Something that Aureck and Khoroth did not like. But not yet. No, more observation was needed. Too dangerous.
"Aureck used a technique that he recently learned about to communicate with Khorth,"Keep this one away from the others. Do not trust him"
Jaeh sliced a head off a droid, then she saw all the others got blown by Darc. She pouted. "Killjoy..." she said to herself. Jaeh enjoys training, and she hates it when someone gets all the droids, not leaving some for her. "Darc, that wasn't impressive... really." She rolled her eyes. "Though you're impressing someone else i suppose, i just want you to know... too reckless..."
Jisko had just taken the legs off a droid by force pushing him against a rock when he saw Darc take care of the rest. He took a different train of thought to it though, he thought this meant Darc was better than him, and he yelled out to Master Khoroth to bring on more droids. Then, he sensed the Sith warriors, and wondered if only Darc was to take them on, or if Jaeh was to. "Do you sense that?" he asked Jaeh.
Darc had finished his Absinth and walked back into the training area to watch the others. He cared not what they all think. He enjoyed being the bad guy. The hated one. The one not to be trusted. HE loved it. He pulled his saber. He walked to one of the sith warriors. He tapped him on the shoulder. Suddenly, the Sith Warrior swung before even looking. Darc nearly had his head chopped off. He barely dodged it. Didn't see that one coming. He quickly swooped down and tripped the sith warrior. The warriors saber went flying away. Suddenly the sith raised his hand and it came back to him. The force. Shoulda seen that one coming. He kicked the Sith in the face repeatedly and then reached down, grabbed one of his arms and broke it. He pulled his unengaged lightsaber a pressed it against the Sith's chest. He engaged it and it turned on, going straight through him. He pulled up, slicing the Sith in half. He stood, and began to go retreive another Absinth.
" I shall leave the other to whoever claims it..."
He walked away with a smirk...
Five more more Sith warriors appeared, two wielding a duel bladed lightsabers, the other three the standard issue. Four Jedi Masters also faded into view, to counter these Sith Lords, and to be allies to the Padawans. Behind them, the door sealed shut. It was cortosis alloy, meaning a lightsabre could not harm it, just like the walls.
Another, this one wearing total black matieralized in front of dark. More power was emminating from this one. "Your overconfidence will be your undoing." He said, and without even moving his hand he assaulted Darc with a jagged wave of chaotic force power, launching him fully across the pond to slam into a tree on the other side. He held out his hand, and his lightsabre floated into it , the blade flashing bright red as he activated his weapon. "Come." He said, his tone one of mocking and sarcasm. "Face me. You have much to learn, and I can teach you."
The one Sith Master turned to watch as two of the Jedi Masters charged him from two sides, already upon him. His own blade became a blur, and at the same time all three vanished in a chaotic storm of lightning. There were several light flashes within. When the lightning faded, one Jedi Master was on the ground, and he faded out of existence. The Sith was advancing upon the second, who was backpedalling. The Sith's blade was on the verge of being untrackable by human eyes, and he quickly broke through the Jedi's defenses, and sliced his hilt into about fice peaces before finishing him with a cut through the neck by the flick of his wrist. He watched the second opponent fall, before turning and leaping over the pond, and landing to face Darc. Behind the altered appearance, Khoroth was eyeing Darc with a more than Jedi trained eye.
"Yeah, i do..." Jaeh held her saber up, ready to fight. "We could activate the droids to create a distraction... And somewhat program them not to hit us?" She suggested to no one in particular. But she was sure Jisko could hear it, and could tell someone else to do that. She dodged an attack from a warrior. SHe delivered a counter-attack back.
Darc opened his eyes and saw the Sith who had landed in front of him. He used his force push and launched him backwards. Standing, he began to beocme furious. That has always been his problem. Both a problem and a perk, actually. It seemed he possesed more force when he was extremely angery, and could also focus better. The sith stood, and began to run at him. He released an outrageous scream, and lifted his hand. The Sith continued to run towards him, gaining speed. He flicked his wrist upward and suddenly the Sith stopped. He floated in the air and grabbed around his neck, as if being choked. His neck began to get smaller and smaller, his face turning different shades of blue. Sudenly his neck collapsed, and he simply fell to the floor, vanishing. Darc closed his blue eyes and planned, simply for half a second, then opened them. They were a blazing fire-like orange. He eyd the Sith that had launched him.
Sith: "ME..AND..YOU..HAVE..A..BONE..TO..PICK..."
He tripled jumped and landed 15 meters in front of the black-attired fiend. He knew the force wouldn't be much good, for his power could be felt easily. It almost had a physical characteristic...almost an aura. He would have to use strategy. Although everyone thought he was wreckless and stubborn, he did have somewhat of a level of sense. He pounded the ground, causing a slight shopckwave, barely throwing the sith of balance. That was all he needed. He jumpeda dn spun until he landed behind the sith. His blade pre-engaged, he waited for the sith to turn around. And just as he expected, the Sith spun around and attempted to strike. He was ready. He bent backwards so far, he had to catch himself with his hands on the ground. He fliped backwards and lunged his blade into the Sith's torso. He pulled upwards, sliced two ways diagonal and cleanly cut his head off. Before the Sith vanished, he stomped the insulent being's head. He looked back up to the sky...
Khoroth: "So, are you just going to waste our energy in fighting these...things? These holograms?"
He awaited a reply...
"No." Khoroth said simply. "Holograms never are as difficult as the real thing." Khoroth himself now faded into view. "You let your anger control you in battle. I'm no Jedi, so I can't tell you to suppress that emotion, though it's a good idea. Feeling angry and being angry are two very different things, and as of yet you still need to learn that in reality." He ignited his blade, the silver energy cascading down to ravel itself into the defined shape of a lightsabre. "Holograms can't break your hold on the force. Real Sith can. Now show me what you can really do."
