(Jaeh stared at the message. "Okay, that was... err.. weird." She paced around the room and tried to look for other stuff that might have any importance. "What do you think it means? Black hand... hmm... -new sect.. group, whatever- the sith made? and what about the taris system? That makes little sense."

"Perhaps a secret organization precipitated by the Sith in the Taris System, I don't know, your guess is as good as mine. Now, we must take this to Dero, to warn him, because I'll bet you anything that this recording is the reason Jik'Leth was killed."

"I guess i'd have to agree then." Jaeh grinned, despite of the danger that might lie ahead. "Come on. Let's go." Jaeh ran out of the room.

Jisko followed Jaeh, and, soon, they were at Dero's side. Without saying a word, Jisko replayed the recording for him.

Sunather got up and followed them, too.

Dero walked through the courtyard as an initial sweep, making himself visible yet calling on the Force to increase his reflexes if someone would attack. He was hoping to draw any enemies out of hiding, using himself as bait. However no one attacked and soon Jaeh and Jisko were outside with him. Jisko held out a disk which emitted a hologram showing a partially corrupted recording.

"Well it seems we need to get to the Taris system and contact this 'Humar'," Dero said. "One of you should go to the council of this temple since you are Jedi. Get their opinion on the matter and what we should do. You can also help a new comer that showed up as I was coming out of the temple. A Lord Ithalius. He claims to be here for Jik'Leth protection but as we can see, he's failed in that."

Turning again to the jungle Dero seemed to be looking for something. "However, be weary of him," Dero continued. "I couldn't put my finger on it, but I got the feeling he had an alternate goal that he wasn't telling me about. I have no reason to believe he was lying to me about his intention but I feel like he was keeping me in the dark about something."

Dero stepped forward, still looking into the distance. A strange vibe coming from the distant hills kept pulling at him. "And I think we should start our search over there," Dero finally said, pointing to the hills where the jungle cleared and a lone tree stood.

Tifa woke up in the tree again, looking around the enviourment. "What the..?" She said to herself, questioning the reason she fell asleep. "What did just happen?" She asked herself, but shrugged and lied down on the branch, attaching the scope to her rifle. She scouted in the direction of the temple. Eve if the temple was not visible from this distance, she could at least notice incoming hostility, or Noxis. "Hostility or Noxis, is there a difference?" She said to herself a little annoyed.

"No way I'm going to sit here and wait." Tifa said to herself and jumped down of the tree. She grabbed some equipment from the ship, and started patroling the area.

She placed beacons at serveral locations, hidden within bushes, tree roots and behind rocks. This way, she could hear them coming close to the ship from any location. She then walked into the ship and sat down, grabing something to eat.

Noxis was sneaking trough the Jedi temple, when he noticed the room of Jik'Leth. "Ah, at last" He said and the little D5 unit behind him started to beep wildly.

"Shut it" He said, but it continued. "SHUT IT" He said, turned around and he kicked the droid into the wall. Without seveere damages, the droid shut down. "And may your circuts rest in peace" He said as he entered the room.

"What the...? No one is here" He said and shrugged. With a grin crossed over his face, he stepped over the now dead Jik'Leth. "Jedi, my a**" and he shut the door to the room using the force. Once he was alone and the door shut, he walked up to the desk and kicked it, making it break. He bended down, and started scout the loots of the desk. "Now where is that damn recording?" He cursed to himself annoyed as he threw objects of no use to him all over the room in search for what was more vital.

"The I will return to the temple, and you and Jaeh can search the hills," Jisko replied to Dero. With this, Jisko reentered the temple, and, as he passed Jik'Leth's room, noticed the door was closed, and D5 was deactivated, having seemingly been knocked into the wall. Jisko now sensed a strong presence of the dark side, and thought about returning to Dero and Jaeh, but his one weakness as a Jedi was his pride, and he wanted to take the glory of the discovery of Lord Ithalus all for himself. He knocked on the door and said, "Who's in there!?"

Noxis turned around rappidly as the sound of the door knocking reached his ears. He gives out a hacking cough, before getting up from his crounching position. "Finaly.. This is Lord Ithalius. Dero gave me permission to enter the temple. The droid shut down somehow, I do not know how. I noticed we were outside the room of Jik'Leth when it did and decided to enter. Unfortunatly the door shut on me, and I do not seem to get it up.. I'm stuck.." He said and walked up close to the door. "You think you could help me, sir?" He said with a gentle voice and knocked the door from the other side. "I would appreciate it greatly."

"Oh certainly sir," Jisko responded, and, with a press of a button, opened the door. "I find it difficult to believe you are of such a high position as a lord and do not know how to open a door. The doors here do not shut by themselves, nor do droids shut themselves off without intervention. I want an explanation of what's going on here."

"I know... Outrageous.. Unfortunatly, I do not have any explanation, and would really like one myself.." Noxis said and smiled when the door opened up.. "I did push the button, but without effect.. Thank you for helping out" He then said and looked at the Jedi.. "As you probably already know, my name is Lord Ithalius. It's a pleasure to meet you, mr...?" He said and gave his hand to Jisko, offering a handshake.

"Jisko, Jisko Bima. And I would say it is a pleasure to meet you as well mi'lord, as it appears you are a very easygoing man to not take affront to my accusations. I'm afraid you would have to go to the Council for an explanation, as I have none. As you probably know, the droid is not mine, but Dero's, so you would have to ask him about that. Now, back to business, is the reason you are being so congenial to me that you have something to hide. Possibly about Humar, the Taris System, or the Black Hand?"

"Now what are you talking about?" Noxis said and took a deep breath when he heard the Jedi mention Taris and the Black Hand. "Do you know something I dont, because I'm afraid I do not understand what you are talking about. I am here in peace, and a mere investigator to what might have caused the death of Jik'Leth. So far, it's obvious that these troopers are the murderers. And any Humar have I not heard of ever" He said, and had a tone of insult. "Now, I demand an excuse from you, for these outrageous accusations, Jisko!" He said and took a step back, looking slightly annoyed at Jisko. He straightened his robe once more, and while talking to Jisko, he at the same time peered the room for what it is he seek.

Jisko was not what you would call a diplomatic-type, and he pressed his accusations, "It appears I have hit your soft spot, mi'lord. I found this recording in Jik'Leth's room." Jisko played the recording and afterwards said, "If you were here to protect him, you would've known of this."

"I believe not. Now sieze the accusations, Jedi. I have no intention of commencing an argueing of some kind. I came here to protect Jik'Leth, because I've had sources confirming he was in danger!" Noxis said with a slightly more annoyed voice. Noxis looked at the holographic device and then back at Jisko. "If you hand me the recording, I can try to analyze it. I might notice something you Jedi have not, since Taris is after all my homeplanet." After waiting a while, he clapped over his heart with his fist. "Your words are hurting me, right here!" He said, clapping over his heart once more.

"I apologize if these are false allegations, but I have no authority to turn this over to you, as it is property of the Jedi, and I can hardly speak for all of them. If you wish to, you can accompany me to the Council for answers to all your questions."

"Oh, no.. I'll just remain here.. We do not want to bother the council with my common whining, do we?" He said and gave a fake grin. "I'll just remain here, and search his room for clues" Noxis said and nodded to Jisko, like he wanted him to leave.

"Well then I will leave to your business," Jisko answered. With this, Jisko made his way to the Council to show them the recording and inform them of Lord Ithalius' presence in the Temple.

Jaeh followed Jisko with her eyes as he re-entered the temple. Jaeh looked at Dero. "Agreed." She walked towards the tree cautiously. "I don't wanna trip on any who-knows-what in there."

OOC: I'm aware that Tifa set up beacons to warn her if somebody is approaching. Dero will probably set off one or more of these beacons as he makes his way towards Tifa and Noxis's ship. But I doubt there would be some way for her to hide the ship from us when we're that close so I'm going to go ahead and just find it.

IC:
Dero and Jaeh walked through the jungle, finally coming to the clearing he had mentioned earlier. At first, nothing got Dero's attention, as he scanned the area. They both climbed the hill towards the tree that was atop of it. When they got to the top, it seemed they had found what they were looking for.

"This ship has landed way too far from the temple to be the transport of the Jedi here," Dero said. "I think we should see what's inside."

Dero tapped the buckle of his belt to send a signal to D5-22 to come to his position. However, there was no response signal to confirm that the droid got his hailing. "That's odd," he said looking at Jaeh. "I'm trying to contact Deefive but it's not responding. I don't think we're too far from the temple for me to be out of range. Actually, I'm 100% positive that I'm not out of range for Deefive."

Dero unclipped his saberstaff from his belt and started towards the ship. "This day is getting stranger and stranger."

"And stranger it will become" Tifa said, held her hand over the device she had over her head and threw herself out of the chair, grabbing her rifle and jumping down an opening in the bottom of the ship. She zealed it shut, leaving the ship empty.
Crawling trough the dirt, swampy ground and bushes, she was now outside the ship. She pressed one of the buttons she had on her wrist device, and the doors of the ship was zealed. "Go back to where you belong" She whispered.

Noxis closed his eyes for a short amount of time. He closed the door to Jik'Leths room and covered the hole. He took a deep breath, and then screamed "WRETCHED JEDI SCUM!" He said and in pure anger he forcepushed the door to the room open, breaking it from it's connections as it slammed into the wall on the opposite side of the hallway. "DO NOT MOVE, JEDI!" He said angry, glaring after Jisko. "NOT ONE SINGLE MOTION!" He said annoyed. "GET OVER HERE!" He said and took an unignited sabre out from his wrist. "Hand me the recording. Place it on the floor, and kick it over!" He paused for a while, looking after Jisko where he walked. "TIFA! PREPARE THE SHIP, YOU BLASTED BOUNTY HUNTER! And do it right!"

-

Tifa heard the recording, but decided to ignore it, and turned her communication device of. "Not now, Noxis" She whispered.
