Bane could take him. They both use form V, so there will be no surprises from either, but Bane can outlast him due to Orbalisks and has a big physical edge. Also, Bane is too strong in the force to be beaten before he can enter a duel.

This is, of course, assuming that Bane has an army with him, and is 26 times his normal size.
