Spider-Man with a GL ring V's Thor (regular)

ok, Spidey gets to train with the ring for a month before this fight, so it'll be a GL with Super human speed, reflexes, stamina and pre-cog abilities against classic Thor and his hammer

whadaya think?

With a ring ? And with training time ? Spider-Man.

Without it, he gets killed, but with a ring, he owns Thor.
