How Does Leia know her Real mother "Padme" when says tells Luke i think, Shes says shes remembers her but Leia was Just a Baby and Padme dies at the birth of the Twins so how could leia possibly know?

Its called backward filmmaking or the universally known "GL Syndrome"

I reckon Leia will be born first while Padme is alive and she'll be able to hold her. Then she'll throw a seven and Luke will be born. Thus a "bond" will be created between Leia and Padme just like the bond between Luke and Vader. Kind of.
