Yes, it's exactly like that. This Spiderwoman has all the powers of the previous spiderwomen (stick to walls, fire bio-blasts, create psionic webs) plus telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and the ability to sense the psionic powers of others from Madame Web. She also has some sort of tentacles that sprout from her back. No idea who she gets those from...

EDIT: Wow. I just found a couple other pages describing her powers in a bit more detail. Those "tentacles" are actually something called "psychic spider legs". She got them from an evil Spider Woman, and apparently they can act of their own accord to protect her.

That's fine. I lke the idea of matching up the various fighters with their closest matches on the other team. So, I guess it'd look like this:

Black Panther - Batman
Taskmaster - Deathstroke
Black Canary - Punisher
Temugin - Spider Woman
Cyclops - Midnighter

I was actually thinking something similiar except Black Canary-SpiderWoman, Punisher - Temugin. Bullets are unlimited, mainly because you can't really count the number you shot if you have a machine gun, and many of the people in this have guns, so like, just unlimited.

Fine by me. Spiderwoman can just send a huge jolt of bioelectricity through her hand into Canary the second they touch. Punisher, wearing impact absorbing armor, can take the shot from Tem's ring and still draw a handgun and cap him at close range. Midnighter can move in bursts of speed faster than the human eye can follow, so he can bury his fist in Cyke's throat before he even knows what's happening. Black Panther can knife through whatever armor Batman might be wearing with his energy blade. Deathstroke can break Tasky's hand and put a bullet in him while he's still in shock from the pain. Fight's over in seconds, leaving almost no need for crowd control. 😄

Not a chance. Remember, she got them from Madame Web, who wasn't exactly Jean Grey. She can likely mess with people's minds a bit, but I don't think she could full on shut them down or wipe them out.

alrigt but she still can affect their thoughts and crap like that. i think she can most definitley take down black canary. just a quick web to the mouth and a blast before she can get rid of the webbing. she can just fly up high into the air and watch the battle and blast anyone who is besting their opponebt
