Thats why i pick a team to win and stick with them. Its much better if your actully rooting for somebody.

Of course it doesnt compare to last year. NOTHING will compare to last year. NOTHING. First off, the Red Sox. Thats all you have to say. It was great how they were down 0-3, then in game 4 they score a run off Rivera, it goes extra innings and David Ortiz ends it with a walkoff. The next game, same thing happens, a run off rivera, Ortix wins it in extra Innings. Then in game 7 A-Rod doing that granny slap, and all the Who's your Daddy Chants, and the fact that its the Yanks vs Sox, and the fact that the Red Sox havn't won since 1918, and now they finally won, NOTHING will ever compare to that. Not even come close. And also the NLCS last year was great too. And Davis Ortiz hit a walkoff to knock off the Angels last year too. Oh and the Bloody Sock of Schilling. Everything happened last year.

Can't believe the Astros were ONE out away from the WS. I swear Pujols is the best slugger in the NL. What a come back.

even closer then 1 out, they were 1 strike away.. sad way to lose a game

🤘 🤘 Yeah Baby! I hate those god damn Astros and i hope to god that the Cards come back. I already wanted the Cards to win, but i didnt mind if the Astrs won. But two games ago, i saw a sign that said,

"World Series, We can Phil it."

WHat that meant was, World Series, we can Feel it. But they had to use Phil, as in the Phillies, because the Astros beat out the Phillies in the wild card. Them friggen gay Astro Fans. Why even mention the Phillies? It was like 8 years agoo when they were battling for the Wild Card.

That was great, The fans hadn't sat down since Berkman hit the home-run, they were standing the whole time, and then BOOM! Puljos hits an 800 foot home-run and everybody sits down. They showed a replay, and you could here the fans screaming like crazy when the pitch came, and the second he hit it, SILENCE. It was friggen great.

Now, the Cards have to win wednesday, thats the tough one. If they win Wednesday then they are definatley winning the series, not a doubt in my mind. They just have to beat Oswalt first.

White Sox vs Astros World series.

I'm rooting for the Astros, but I think the White Sox will win. White Sox are probably the most complete team since the Yankee dynasty. The lack of offense for the Astros will be their downfall as I see it. Do hope I'm wrong though, love to see Biggio and Bagwell get their first ring, they deserve it.

lack of offense.. the white sox didnt have a starter hitting even .290 this season and you wanna talk about lack of offense.

Scott Podsednick hit .290.

Hitting is overrated to the max.

Chicago this season was 13th in runs scored while Houston was 24th.

Chicago may not blow you away, but they get the job done. They have speed in the front, power in the middle and good contact hitters at the bottom. Now while certainly the White Sox pitching has been great, the offense has consistently put up runs unlike the Astros who took 18 innings to beat a horrendous Braves bullpen.

I want the White Sox to win, and i think the White Sox will win.

WORLD SEIRES!!!

WHITE SOX Vs. ASTROS

wHO WILL WIN THIS ONE!!

The last two game have been great. I kinda wanted the Astros to win last night though, because i want it to go seven games.

this is getting the lowest ratings ever for a world series.. and even though the games are close im still bored watching it

That last two games i wasnt really bored, but i was really excited either.

And the Sox Sweep the Astros. 😄

I think I'm going to faint.

I cannot believe we won.

So close, though. That game last night was insane.

Congrats to the White Sox. They should contend for years to come if they can keep the nucleus in tacked. As I said earlier, they're the most complete team since the Yankee dynasty so there is no reason why they couldn't win a couple more.

Good choices so far on the awards with the exception of Colon getting the Cy Young. Just shows how ignorant the baseball writers are with choosing 'wins' as the main criteria for the Cy Young when it's one of the most non-important stats for a pitcher.

Rivera should've got the Cy Young if the writers actually had common sense. If he's not there, the Yankees are probably 5 to 10 games out of the playoffs.

Ryan Howard got ROY and he deserved it easily.

A-Rod wins AL MVP award! Congrats to him and the Yanks. 🙂

You can dispute that Big Papi shoulda gotten it. But...what is done is done.

I never say congrats to the yankees. Ever.

All I'm going to say is: A-Rod is the best player in the league when your team is up 5 runs. But tied or behind, not so much.

Papi on the other hand...
