Well, Bootstrap in the POTC Sequel(I think)...
Maybe they'll make him have a mysterious come-back and he'll explain why his alive or maybe he'll be a ghost and there will be like dramatic flashbacks of how he came alive or something. He'll want his revenge, bla bla bla.....?

Dunno, but you know how they make movies just to keep it going into multiple movies/sequels.

If he does make a come-back I'm sure they'll be like "It Can't be!!!" and Jack would be all brave on the outside but on the inside he's confused and he'll be like "I knew it!"
