there's been some trouble with people posting too much in fanfics even when people "shout" at them
they don't stop and the stuff is either really stupid, repeatitions, or aren't on topic
sometimes it's only a select few
actually one thread has been completely taken over and the author has relinqished it
could raz set up some type of system?
