And yes, when you accept the Terms of Service it says you need to be 13 or older to join.

Besides, there are other members here who seem like
bigger a**holes, yet they aren't attacked like this kid, simply
because they've been around longer.
I just get the feeling that if he had joined March 2004 or 2003,
you wouldn't jump on him like this.
This is apparently another one of those "I've been here longer
than you, so I can be an a**hole and you can't!" deals.
It's not the fact of his joining date, it's the fact of how he's displayed himself in this short amount of time. He just gets on peoples nerves and steps on toes.

And the members who have been here longer and still act like asses...we learn to deal and yet we still get annoyed with them.
