That makes no sense.
😑
if you are to compare Brits to Americans...i have no idea...both of them are TOTALLY INTO themselves.and apparently fail to notice about all the other ppl around the world.

I don't give a rats arse about politics...but I think you're right to say we can't generalise like that...
But from what I've seen of Americans - admittedly mainly through TV - is that they are very stuck up and care only about themselves... and they're all drama queens but that's another story
The British... not so much.
According to TV:
Americans are self-centered drama queens.
Brits are tea drinking pansies.
Aussies are back-water nature freaks.
Mexicans are fence-hopping alcoholics.
Asians are karate-chopping convenient store owners.
Everyone else is non-existant.
Hmm, I guess I can deal with being a self-centered drama queen.

😄 I think that's a fair statement as to how America views the rest of the world... 😉
of course I am generalising but that is how American's are portrayed...
and by television I was really referring to American Reality TV (how much of which is actually reality i dunno...) and how American's on those sort of shows come off...

The Queen is the only person who can disolve parliment as well as open it.
She does have the power to over turn an act of parliment if she chooses to as she is the head of state Tony Blair is merely her prime minister.
Although she hasn't used this power and probably never will Tony Blair as well as Major and Thatcher before him has meetings with the Queen where he fills her in on the plans for the country.
I'm not a big fan of the monarchy in fact I cringe at the thought of Charles on the Throne and Camilla as queen but if we didn't have them then Blair would be president and that thought scares the crap out of me!
A lot of the Queens power is now purely for ceremony but in theory if she chose to she would wield a lot of power.
Anyway back to the Brits are best thing well we the best at Football violence we scare other countries shitless!
No one makes tea like us.
We have red buses.
And Black Cabs
And last week our house got a flushing indoor toilet.
What more do ya want from life?

No idea.He loved Di, but Charles is an undecisive man.
Some british accents are ok... but some sound really stupid, like that Streets guy. I like Michael Caine's accent. I don't know why his voice just popped into my head...
I actually like American accents... most of them. Not New York ones, they really bug me.
But nothing can be worse than NZ accents... *cringe*
