true, but I don't think it's for having it documented it is to make sure that fishing is possible for everybody (and prolly also to make sure it is controlable)

You can leave most of the permits in small societies. in a world with 6 billion people you need those permits (cause they bring in money used to make sure the ponds stay clear and to make sure there isn't too much fishing) Cause else the abuse (which would also happen in a small societ) would be too significant

I just realised that in the future there will be a revolution against the dwindling freedoms. One day, when there is no privacy any longer, and they keep feeding 'you're free!' to everyone even though they're not and they know it, they'll overthrow the government. There are way too many people for a government to completely control, and when they've had enough, and everyone starts seeing through the lies, it'll happen.
