Yes, the rules are flawed for trying to make this site pleasant for everyone by avoiding people insulting eachother left and right. it didn't, I did it manually, because in one of his other friends Snakeeyes is the only other member who agreed with Bata, so I checked the IP, and of course, they're identical.
