Anyone got some good chicken recipes?

This is one of mine:

Ingredients

Chix boobs
Ginger
Garlic
Chilli Peppers (Red, but not hot...)
Olive Oil
Butter
Flour
Fresh Lemons

Procedure

Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chilli.
Put it all in a pestle and then pummel it with the help of some sea salt.
When it is 'paste-like' add some lemon juice.
Cut the Chix t!ts into goujons.
Marinate them in the paste for a few minutes - not too long or the lemon juice will start to cook the chix!
Put the flour on a plate.
Roll the goujons in the flour.
Add some lemon zest.
Fry in some olive oil.

Et voila! Tres bien, n'est pas?

I like to add some fresh Mozzarella towards the end, so it melts all over the goujons.

I like to serve this with some corn and mash potato.
