storm VS bishop

what's the outcome, its pretty even and i can't decide

If we ignore a "who gets the first shot"-scenario, then Ms.Munroe could simply create a dense fog so that Bishop would be unable to aim properly. Since the Wethergoddes is capable of perceving electrical fields incl.those of living beings, she would not be hindered in this way. Suffocating or freezing Bishop to unconsciousness is not the big problem then, is it?

se now that's what i think but anti-storm people will say fog doesn't come instantley, bishpo will still shoot her cause its bishop. he can just shoot her at the beginning

A) Even the "in training"-film-version of our favourite white-eye was able to instantly create a dense fog.
B) Ignore A, former pickpockettes could still summon a tornado to distract or directly disable Bishop.
C) Ignore A & B, kairoan orphan might use her strongest lightnig(thats instantly). This would definitely not kill Bishop but it would certainly overload him(in Savage Land Extreme-X Men Thunderbird accidentally did this).

That wasn't instant fog... you could clearly see it roll in.

yeah he can be overloaded but it would take time. but imo stoprm wins anyways
